An Electrocardiogram or ECG is used to record the rhythm and electrical activity of your heart and can help you to diagnose whether or not you are experiencing heart problems or have heart disease. An Exercise ECG is a normal ECG carried out whilst you are on a running machine or exercise bike. Doctor will always use a treadmill to monitor your heart function during the exercise.
TMT is exercise ECG and observation of patient during a  graded stress. In males in the ages 30 and above with a normal ECG it gives a  good information about the exercise tolerance and ECG changes during the exercise which increases the product of heart rate and blood pressure. This  product called the double product increases the oxygen demand of heart.
